How do I ensure successful USDT transfers in Hurupay, and what happens with unsupported networks?

Overview of Supported Networks

Hurupay supports USDT transfers on the following blockchain networks:

  • Polygon

  • BNB Smart Chain

USDT deposits using these networks will be accepted and processed without issues. Transfers using other networks, such as Ethereum's ERC20, are not supported in Hurupay.

Steps to Deposit USDT into Your Hurupay Account

Follow these steps to ensure a successful transfer of USDT into your Hurupay account:

  1. Confirm the Network Used by the Sender: Before initiating the transfer, ensure that the sender is using either the Polygon or BNB Smart Chain network.

  2. Adjust or Bridge Funds if Necessary: If the sender originally holds USDT on an unsupported network (such as ERC20), they need to bridge or swap the funds to a supported network before initiating the transfer.

Unsupported Networks

Hurupay does not support USDT transfers via Ethereum (ERC20). This includes the following limitations:

  • You cannot change your Hurupay wallet’s network configuration to accept unsupported networks such as ERC20.

  • Any funds sent using unsupported networks will not be received successfully in your Hurupay account.

What Happens if You Use an Unsupported Network?

If USDT is mistakenly sent to your Hurupay wallet via an unsupported network, the following applies:

  • The funds will not be received in your account.

  • A recovery process may be required, which can take additional time and effort. However, the success of recovering those funds is not guaranteed.

Recommendations

For a smooth experience, always verify the network being used for USDT transfers. Encourage senders to confirm compatibility with one of Hurupay’s supported networks before sending any funds. If in doubt, consult Hurupay’s support team for guidance.
